Yes, you can submit your own design. We provide templates for most products. We prefer Adobe Illustrator files, as it’s the software we use for production. Photoshop files are also accepted, but they may require additional adjustments, for which you could be charged at an hourly rate.

We primarily use DHL for shipping. DHL has been highly reliable over the past 10 years with no lost packages. We also offer DPD for German customers and Global Express for single or lightweight orders, but Global Express may take up to 3–4 weeks for delivery.
